INGREDIENTS Rehydrated potato flakes 52% (water, preservative: E223 (sulphites)), Milk, Speck 9% (pork, salt, spices, dextrose, fructose, preservative: E250, antioxidant: E301), Asiago DOP 8% (Milk , salt, lactic ferments, rennet), rocket 5%, rice flour, corn starch, pasteurized egg white, rice starch, salt. Gluten free, specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten. It may contain traces of celery and soy.

NOTES Product without added preservatives. Sprinkled with rice flour. 

METHOD OF PREPARATION cook still frozen in boiling water for 3 minutes.
