INGREDIENTS Rehydrated potato flake 67% (water, preservative: E223 (sulphites)), Tomato pulp 14% (tomato pulp 60%, tomato juice, acidifying acid: citric acid), Mozzarella 7% (milk, salt, microbial rennet), rice flour, corn starch, Grana Padano PDO (milk, salt, rennet, preservative: Lisozima egg protein), Rice starch, pasteurized egg white, salt, onion, sugar.Gluten-free, specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten. May contain traces of celery and soy.
NOTES Produced without added preservatives. Sprinkled with rice flour.
METHOD OF PREPARATION Cook still frozen in boiling water for 4 minutes.
