INGREDIENTSR Rehydrated potato flake 65% (water, preservative: E223 (sulphites)), Artichokes 14%, Ricotta (pasteurized whey, milk cream, salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid), Rice flour, Grana Padano DOP 3 % (milk, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme egg protein), corn starch, rice starch, pasteurized egg white, salt, sunflower oil, dehydrated garlic.Gluten free, specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten. It may contain traces of celery and soy.
NOTES Product without added preservatives. Sprinkled with rice flour.
METHOD OF PREPARATION cook still frozen in boiling water for 3 minutes.
