INGREDIENTS Rehydrated potato flakes 65% (water, preservative: E223 (sulphites)), Taleggio 8% (milk, salt, rennet), Emmenthal 7% (milk, salt, microbial rennet, lactic ferments), Gorgonzola 5% (milk, salt , rennet), milk, rice flour, corn starch, 1% Grana Padano PDO (milk,salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme egg protein), rice starch, pasteurized egg white, salt.Gluten free, specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten. It may contain traces of celery and soy.
NOTES Product without added preservatives. Sprinkled with rice flour.
METHOD OF PREPARATION cook still frozen in boiling water for 3 minutes.
