GOLOSIPÀ SPINACH AND RICOTTA
INGREDIENTS Spinach 20%, Ricotta 16% (pasteurized whey, milk cream, salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid), 15% swallowed wheat starch, corn starch, pasteurized whole eggs, pasteurized egg white, Grana Padano PDO (milk, salt, rennet, preservative: egg protein lysozyme), potato flake, rice flour, potato starch, salt, nutmeg, thickeners: xanthan flour, guar seed flour.Gluten free, specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten. It may contain traces of celery and soy.
NOTES Produced without added preservatives. Sprinkled with rice flour.
METHOD OF PREPARATION Cook still frozen in boiling water for 4 minutes.
