BGS is an artisanal workshop established in 2013 in Travagliato, near Brescia; with the target of manufacture a range of superior Quality food products, High digestibility, without added preservatives and without using raw materials or ingredients containing gluten.
The choice to create frozen products was made with the logic to produce foods that does not undergo pasteurization treatments of inert gases and without preservatives addition, which would lower not only the quality but also the genuineness. The cooling, act to freez the products, takes place with rapid freezing systems, that in a very short time lowes the temperature at -18 ° C. This allows to maintain unaltered organoleptic properties and allows to reach a 12-month Shelf-Life.
The continuous increase of people intolerant and allergic to gluten, or looking for healthy and genuine products, represents the today’s image of world food consumption situation; increasingly problematic and necessarily careful from the point of nutritional view.

After a study and a thorough research ancient recipes of the Italian cuisine and taking into consideration the market demands, BGS has brought back to your tables the traditional homemade pasta and gnocchi taste, with the lightness of gluten-free, maintaining traditional aromas and flavors.
